A working kitchen is part of the recipe.

Requirements vary by menu. You may need a stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, basic cookware, baking sheets, pots and pans, plates and utensils, and comfortable counter space. You’ll receive the exact kitchen checklist after booking.

Do I need cooking experience?

Not at all. These experiences are beginner-friendly, hands-on, and guided step by step.

What does my kitchen need?

Kitchen requirements vary by menu. You may need a functioning stove, oven, refrigerator, sink, basic cookware, baking sheets, pots and pans, plates and utensils, and counter space. Your exact checklist arrives after booking.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Please disclose all food allergies and dietary restrictions before booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs, O-Town Detours cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment because experiences take place in private residential kitchens.

Does a Little Chefs group need an adult?

Yes. A responsible adult must remain present for all Little Chefs experiences.

Does submitting the form reserve my date?

No. We’ll first confirm your date, location, menu, kitchen requirements, and final price. Your reservation is secured only after payment is completed.

Where do you travel?

We serve Orlando and surrounding Central Florida communities, including many vacation rental areas. Travel fees may apply, and we’ll confirm your exact address before booking.

O-Town Detours was created for people who want more than another dinner reservation. We believe some of the best memories happen around food—not just eating it, but making it together.

Our private cooking experiences turn your kitchen into the setting for date nights, family memories, celebrations, and something a little different from the ordinary.

PLANS CAN CHANGE

Cancellation policy

Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled experience may receive a refund minus any non-refundable booking, payment processing, grocery, or specialty ingredient costs already incurred.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience may be eligible for a future O-Town Detours credit. No-shows are non-refundable.

For Full Detour bookings, grocery or specialty ingredient costs already purchased may be non-refundable.
